Our discovery calls provide dedicated time for you to explain what help you need and what outcomes you’re really looking for from your new accounting partner.
It is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, as well as you learn a little more about E21 Accounting and what it would be like working together.
This allows us to understand how we can assist and to let you know how we would approach providing the support you’re seeking.

What happens after the discovery call?
Based on your requirements we’ll provide you with a bespoke fee proposal and letter of engagement to confirm in writing the cost of investment in your finance function.
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you an introductory email explaining the next steps and begin your on boarding journey.
We’ll contact your existing accountant and bookkeeper, if you have one, to ensure a smooth handover of your financial records.
We’ll get you set up on any software you’ll be using as part of partnering with us, as well as provide some introductory training.
